It also offers notifications for pending messages and documents, as well as reminders for messages that remain unread.

Features such as receiving test requests, organizing appointments, and managing consents are also available within the same mobile application.

It also facilitates the secure communication of results and instructions by care providers.

Serving as a functional extension of In-Reach, this solution takes the form of a web-based portal for healthcare providers and that of a mobile application for patients.​

The product’s design enables secure communications between patients and care providers on a variety of topics and processes.

All exchanges between patients and their various care providers are seamless, centralized and encrypted.

Patients can also manage their various consents or refusals relating to the consultation of their files and their participation in clinical research studies.

Réconciliation​

The In-Touch solution offers healthcare providers an efficient method of request-result reconciliation.

Healthcare professional making test requests, of any kind and addressed to any service, may program an automated follow-up with the patient.

If a patient has not responded to a request within a given time, the system will automatically advise the healthcare professional that a follow-up is required.

This automated recall procedure further protects patient health, as well as the medico-legal responsibilities of care providers.
